At Velvet Avenue (velvet-avenue.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help. Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Important Notice: Please contact us at info@velvet-avenue.com before shipping your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Velvet Avenue will provide a pre-paid label or reimburse shipping costs for confirmed defects or shipping errors.
3. Standard Returns
For change-of-mind returns or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Richmond, BC processing center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not charge restocking fees.
